Am I Dreaming?

Unsure about everything lately sort of need a fairy godmother to sort out reality. Anyone know where I can get one? Raised dose of Amitriptyline now I'm sleeping until Noon. I'm not complaining  sleep is good sleep = no pain. I was still in bed when I took my everyday pills. Maybe my fairy god mother can find 37 Amazing donors so I can have my life back, untill that happens I'm caught up in this confusing Nightmare
